Ecological Formulas Buffered C Crystals(non-corn) provides buffered vitamin C in crystal form to aid in neutralizing the hyperacidity commonly associated with ascorbic acid. The crystals are from a non-corn source with no corn antigens. The pantothenic acid source is the purest USP grade form available of calcium pantothenate and the mineral bicarbonates are naturally occurring minerals. Recommended usage: Mix one teaspoon or more into water or your favorite cold drink. Two teaspoons supply the recommended daily allowance for calcium and magnesium.
